Disappointing stay – not as advertised Negative: The apartment did not match the photos and was dusty and grubby throughout. There was no air conditioning, and we arrived to find the tumble dryer running on a 3-hour cycle, loaded with bed linen and towels. The basement toilet was leaking, and there was a bad smell coming from the ground floor toilet. Would not recommend.

Positive: Convenient location for our stay. Great communication from hosts from the point of booking to check out. Great shower pressure. Negative: The apartment was smaller than expected, but not a deal breaker. The apartment was surfaced cleaned but there was a lot of dust on the furnishings in the basement room. The basement room smelt 'odd' and the double bed was two single mattresses put together. The bathroom sink leaked and didn't drain well, and the toilet bowl was very visibly stained. The bathroom furniture needs updating as the fixtures and fittings feel outdated and on the verge of breaking. The tumble drier was left on as we checked in, no additional bin bags or toilet roll was provided.

Positive: Die Wohnung liegt zentral Nahe U-Bahn und Bus, trotzdem recht leise. Negative: Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer sehr steilen Treppe im Keller. Die Fenster würde ich nicht öffnen da sie direkt am Fußweg liegen und voll Spinnennetzen usw sind. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine aber keine Taps dazu. Ebenso bei der Waschmaschine. Kein Duschgel und leider auch kein Ersatz Toilettenpapier!

Tolle Lage zu Sömmeringhalle & Schloss Charlottenburg Positive: Die Lage des Apartments war für uns hervorragend. Das Schloss Charlottenburg, die Sömmeringhalle und die nächste U-Bahn-Station waren innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Mierendorffstraße, ist aber sehr gut schallisoliert, so dass es zum Schlafen und auch tagsüber sehr ruhig war. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem Esstisch und einem Sofa, außerdem vielen zweckmäßigen Dingen wie Gardarobe und Schuhregal, so dass der Platz ideal genutzt ist. Auch praktisch sind die Parkplätze auf der Straße direkt vor dem Apartment, die von 20-9 Uhr gratis sind. Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Negative: Die Treppe in die untere Etage, wo sich das Schlafzimmer befindet, war sehr steil. Das könnte für manche Besucher ein Problem sein.
